Hi Life Prizes – Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. Hi Life Prizes (herein: “Hi Life, the promotor or Hi Life Prizes or we”) the promoter, allocating prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Hi Life may run multiple competitions simultaneously, each offering a predetermined prize.
1.4. By entering a competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and are legally bound by them.
1.5. All competitions are skill-based competitions. Entry fees for online entries are payable each time you enter. Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple choice question, a free entry route is available.
1.6. To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant, or They or you”) will be required to solve a problem or correctly answer a question set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except:
- Anyone the promoter disqualifies for any reason(s), including but not limited to:
- Misuse of the promoter’s website
- Defamation of the promoter or any affiliated organization or person(s)
- Any form of fraud (actual or apparent), hacking, or interference
- Failure to provide satisfactory identification
- While we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotions featured at Hi life Prizes, we believe in responsible use and consumption.
DO NOT purchase more tickets than you can reasonably afford to. Instead we encourage you to participate responsibly
2.2. Proof of eligibility may be required. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
3. Entry
3.1. Entry requires answering a skill-based question (if applicable) and paying the specified fee.
3.2. Payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) via the website’s payment portal or other designated entry methods.
3.3. Entrants may enter multiple times unless a competition specifies a limit.
3.4. Creating multiple accounts to exceed capped entry limits is a breach of terms and will void all associated entries without a refund.
3.5. Free Entry Route: Entrants may enter for free by sending a stamped, unenclosed letter or postcard containing:
- The competition they wish to enter
- Their email address & contact number
- An answer to the competition question
Conditions for Free Entry:
- The postal entry email information must match an active account on the promoter’s website. Entries failing to meet these requirements will be void.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified and not entered.
- Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted; each entry must be sent separately.
- By entering the competition, entrants confirm they meet eligibility criteria and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Late entries will not be entered.
- Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the random draw.
- The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of postal entries or confirm the correctness of the Competition Question answer.
- If the entry limit is reached before receipt of a postal entry, the entrant will not be included in the draw.
- Entrants must have a registered account on the website for free entry processing. Details on the postal entry must match those on the account.
- If postal entry fees exceed the competition entry price, the promoter will issue entries equal to the competition’s value.
- Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection & Prize
4.1. The winner is chosen at random when the maximum entries are reached or on the set end date. This is usually done via a random number generator.
4.2. The draw method will be disclosed on the promoter’s website and/or social media channels. The promoter reserves the right to vary the selection method. The promoter will publish or make available confirmation that a valid winner selection took place. Major prize winners’ full names may be published on the website or social media. The promoter must also provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
4.3. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity prior to receiving the prize. Identification details must match the entry details.
- The promoter will attempt to contact the winner within 7 days of the competition’s closure.
- If the winner is uncontactable, the prize is forfeited, and the promoter reserves the right to either redraw or re-list the competition.
- The promoter does not offer refunds.
4.4. Prizes are:
- Non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Not exchangeable for cash alternatives.
- Subject to availability. If a listed prize is unavailable, an item of equal value will be provided.
4.5. Prize collection is the winner’s responsibility. If the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, they will forfeit the prize and be disqualified.
5. Competition Duration
5.1. Competitions run until the maximum number of entries is reached or until the closing date.
5.2. If the entry limit is not met, the promoter reserves the right to either extend the duration or award the prize at its sole discretion.
5.3. Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the competition’s close.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Hi Life will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
6.2. Entrants consent to their data being used for competition administration and fraud prevention.
6.3. With the winner’s consent, their name and town may be displayed on Hi Life’s website and social media.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1. Hi Life is not liable for incomplete entries, computer malfunctions, or internet issues preventing participation.
7.2. The promoter accepts no liability for:
a. Third party booking cancellations related to travel prizes, including force majeure events.
b. Third party fulfilment issues
c. Injury, loss, death or damage to entrants, suppliers, contractors, agents or anyone else who accepts these terms.
7.3. Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before entering.
7.4. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not meet eligibility criteria or breach these Terms.
8. Amendments & Cancellation
8.1. Hi Life reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes published on its website.
8.2. If a competition is canceled, no refunds will be issued, and Hi Life will have no further liability.
8.3. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition outcome.
9. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
9.1. Hi Life is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing and follows regulatory requirements, including:
- Verifying player identities
- Retaining transaction records
- Prohibiting anonymous accounts
- Cooperating with law enforcement in suspected money laundering cases
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. These terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
